During your stay, you will be invited to answer a few questions about the quality of service you have received. At the time of your departure, all you only need to do is put the completed questionnaire in the box near the entrance.

In mid October, 2013 the winner will be selected out of all the collected questionnaires and contacted via e-mail or telephone. His / her name will be announced on our website.

A credit card number is required prior to confirming your reservation.

Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival will not be charged.

Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival will forfeit 20% of the entire cost of your stay, fee charged to your credit card.

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival will forfeit 50% of the entire cost of your stay, fee charged to your credit card.

Cancellations made less than 2 days prior to your scheduled arrival or if you are not present on your appointed day of arrival (absence without notice), you will be charged the total cost of your stay.

No discount will be guaranteed in case of late arrival and you will not eligible for a refund in case of an early departure.

*** The room will be held until no later than 18h00, the day of your scheduled arrival. If you anticipate arriving later than 18h00, please notify us in advance.

In order to preserve the quality of the establishment and to respect the tranquility of our residents, we kindly ask you to remove your shoes at the front entrance. Therefore, why not bring your own slippers for a feeling of extra comfort? These items, packed within your suitcase, will definitely make you feel more at home... If not, we have already put at your disposal numerous pairs of slippers in a basket on the front entrance hallway.
